FOREST ACRES SC (WOLO) – For nearly two decades, 16 Handles has been a staple in the fro-yo business, and as of June, they have been serving up their unique flavors in Forest Acres.  Local owners Sarah and Sloan Barlow joined the Manmade Gourmet, Tyler Ryan on a Tasty Tuesday to share the news, and some frozen yogurt.
