Local Living: Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office’s toy drive, Town of Eastover’s Christmas parade, Roast and Toast, the Nutcracker

LOCAL LIVING: COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)— In today’s look at Local Living, the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office is hosting a toy drive.

You can help bring smiles to children across Fairfield County by donating unwrapped toys to families in need.

You can donate now through December 5 at the sheriff’s office on North Walnut Street.

 

The Town of Eastover is excited to announce its annual Christmas parade.

The event will be filled with holiday music, colorful floats, and family-friendly activities.

It takes place on December 13 at noon at the Eastover Town Hall on Main Street.

 

The Hive Community Circle is having their inaugural Roast and Toast this weekend.

The event is this Saturday, Dec. 6, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Mansion on Blanding.

Proceeds for the event will go towards survivors of sexual assault, intimate partner violence, and stalking.

 

The Columbia Classical Ballet is putting on a production of the Nutcracker to kick off the holiday season.

Shows will be held at the Koger Center starting this Friday, Dec. 5, through Sunday, Dec 7.
