Sumter Police search for runaway teen, asking for community’s help

SUMTER, SC (WOLO) — According to the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office, 14-year-old Phath Desha Westbrooks was last seen around 10 p.m. Saturday night at her home in the Oakland community on Peach Orchard Road.

She was last seen wearing a gray hoodie with her hair in pigtails.

She is described as having brown eyes, black hair, is 5’3″ tall and weighs about 110 lbs.
