Ready-to-eat frozen meatballs recalled
(CNN)– Time to check your freezers for an important recall you need to know about.
There’s a recall for nearly 10,000 pounds of fully cooked, ready-to-eat frozen meatballs under the Bremer Brand.
The USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service says the product may be contaminated with metal.
New York-based Rosina Food products is recalling the 32-ounce bags of family size Italian style meatballs.
The affected product has a “best by” date of October 30, 2026.
The meatballs were produced last July and distributed to Aldi supermarkets nationwide.
To date, there have been no reports of injuries due to eating the product.
Consumers are urged not to eat the frozen meatballs.
Instead, you can throw them away or return them to the store for a refund.
