Gas Prices in the Midlands on the rise
COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)–The Iran conflict impacting gas prices across the nation say fuel experts. Here in Columbia prices have risen almost a quarter over the last week.
Midlands drivers are paying an average of $3.40 a gallon, according to Gasbuddy.
The national average stands at $3.68 a gallon, up 23 cents from last week.
Experts say consumers continue to feel the sting of rising oil, gasoline, and diesel costs as geopolitical tensions in the middle east remain elevated, pushing gasoline prices to their highest levels in years.
