Lexington Police asking for help identifying 2 accused of baby chickens theft
LEXINGTON, S.C. (WOLO)– Lexington Police are asking for help identifying two people accused of being involved in the theft of baby chickens, said officers.

Police said, the two persons of interest are alleged to have been involved in the theft of 15 baby chickens from the agricultural area at Lakeside Middle School over the weekend.
The people were seen on security footage outside the chicken coop on Saturday, April 18.
And then again on Sunday, April 19, they were both seen entering the chicken coop and stayed in there for ten minutes.
Investigators said, when walking out of the chicken coop on Sunday, one of them had a bag that she carried with her away from the area.
School staff accounted for all the chickens on Saturday, but when they checked on Sunday, April 15, baby chicks were found missing.
No other individuals aside from the two people and school staff were seen on security footage entering the chicken coop over the weekend, according to police.
