Two Notch Road area boil water notice lifted by Columbia Water

According to Columbia Water, customers located at Two Notch Rd from O’Neil Ct to Cushman Rd (including portions of the area between Two Notch and 277) no longer need to boil their water prior to drinking or cooking.

Columbia Water laboratory staff says following an intense flushing of the distribution system, bacteriological samples were collected and analyzed by its certified laboratory. The results of this sampling indicate that the system is safe and water is good to use for drinking and cooking purposes.

If you have discolored water, Columbia Water asks that you run your taps for 2-3 minutes.
