COLUMBIA SC (WOLO) – After a long career, Jack Shirey decided his retirment package included realizing a lifelong dream of running a food truck, and so last year, he realized it by opening Jackalopes Grill and Griddle.

Jack joined The Manmade Gourmet, Tyler Ryan for a Tasty Tuesday, full of sliders, chili dogs, and homemade fries.
