3 charged following Orangeburg County shooting

ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Three people have been charged following a fatal shooting on Seawright Street last week, Sheriff Leroy Ravenell says.

40-year-old Ivy Banks, 38-year-old David Jones, and 33-year-old Hector Vallejo have each been charged with murder, first-degree burglary and criminal conspiracy.

The victim was later identified as 41-year-old Jamar Johnson.

All three suspects were taken to the Orangeburg County Detention Center.
