President Biden speaks out on Russian unrest

(ABC News) — Russian President Vladimir Putin is attempting damage control,  slamming organizers of an armed rebellion calling them traitors.

The gravest threat to Putin’s authority in decades, exposing significant cracks in his control over the nation.

President Biden is also speaking publicly for the first time on the unrest in Russia, making clear the U.S. and NATO allies had nothing to do with it.
