One dead after shooting on Lee Road Sunday night

Richland County Sheriff's deputies say one person was killed and another injured in a shooting on Lee Road Sunday night

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Richland County Sheriff’s deputies say one person was killed and another injured in a shooting on Lee Road Sunday night. This happened at the Spinx gas station where Lee Road intersects with Hard Scrabble Road.

Department spokesman Lt. Curtis Wilson says officers responded to a shots-fired call. Wilson says preliminary information shows that one person died in the shooting and another was transported to an area hospital.
