New Tropical Threat in the Atlantic

The National Hurricane Center says that an area of unsettled weather in the Atlantic Ocean now has roughly a 40% chance of turning into a tropical storm.  Obviously a lot of thing have to come together for a storm to form.  Stay tuned.
