USC Hosts MLK Day Events over the Weekend

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– The University of South Carolina will honor the life of Martin Luther King Jr. Saturday.

According to USC officials, University students will participate in two days of service to honor the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr..

Students will check in on Davis Field after 8 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, and Jan. 23.

The service projects, which include flood clean-up and house repair projects in the Columbia area, will run from 9 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. each day.
