Tasty Tuesday: Cut the Gluten on Turkey Day

Tyler Ryan and Tori Adams discuss gluten free options even when it comes to a thanksgiving

COLUMBIA SC (WOLO) – If you live with celiac disease or otherwise have a sensitivity to gluten, it doesn’t mean that you have to skip all the fixin’s during Thanksgiving and Christmas.  ABC Columbia Producer Tori Adams shared some tips on how to get a full belly while cutting the gluten.

Here is Tori’s Cut The Gluten Pumpkin Pie:

1 (8oz) tub of Cool Whip
1 (3.4oz) box instant vanilla pudding
1 (15oz) can of pumpkin pie filling
1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
Premade gluten free pie crust
Mix the Cool Whip, pudding, filling, and spice into a large bowl and then evenly spread into pie crust, and place in the refrigerator to cool, then enjoy!
TORI TIP:  You can also enjoy as a dip with gluten free graham crackers.
