What Time of Day is Pollen at its Highest Level

Pollen levels are generally lowest in the morning and highest around noon or early afternoon. Although the levels go back down in the evening, then generally don’t get as low as the mornings. It’s also important to point out that during pollen season there is no time of day or night when the pollen is NOT in the air. So if you suffer from allergies, going out any time could make you sneeze!
