Suspects Sought in Liquor Store Break-Ins

SUMTER, S.C. (WOLO) – Deputies with the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office are looking for two people who allegedly broke into two liquor stores Monday morning.

Authorities say that at about 1:30 a.m. thieves broke into a store in the 2000 block of Thomas Sumter Highway and then at around 2:15 a.m., broke into another liquor store located in the 5600 block of Broad Street.

The suspects stole at least $2,500 in liquor from each location, officials say.
