OCSO: Person of Interest Sought in Fraud Case

ORANGEBURG, S.C. (WOLO) – Deputies with the Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office are looking for a person of interest in a fraud case.

Officials say an Orangeburg County woman notified authorities that on Wednesday, May 18 her credit card had been used at Walmart located on the North Road.

The woman said she had not made any purchases on that date, officials say.

The victim’s card number was attempted several times in the business before it was charged more than $200.

Security footage from the North Road store shows the person of interest in the case wearing a blue shirt and a blue tie along with a straw fedora.
