‘Waste Management Phoenix Open’ gets out of control

(Phoenix) -This next story falls under three words, out of control. The PGA tournament is typically a fun environment with a penchant for good play.
Saturday this was not the case. The days of college were flashing back like it was the end of days.

Random acts of mooning. A hot mess. last year they served nearly 4.5 million drinks during the tournament. From the looks of it that number was up this year.
