SC State Museum Transforms into Oz

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)–We’re headed down the yellow brick road. The South Carolina State Museum is transforming into the Museum of Oz.

Museum officials say “All the Oz” fun kicks off  Saturday with the ultimate Wizard of Oz party.  Guests will enjoy fun Wizard of Oz themed activities planned throughout the day.

Museum of Oz activities are free with museum general admission, according to the Museum.

Saturdays in Oz Activities:

 ·         The Wizard of Oz 4-D Experience

·         Meet Wizard of Oz Characters (11 a.m. – 2 p.m.)

·         Wizard of Oz scavenger hunt with prizes (10 a.m. – 5 p.m.)

·         Balloon Animals (10 a.m. – 5 p.m.)

·         Crafts, Games and Educational Activities

·         Emerald City Party (3 p.m. – 4 p.m.)
