Midlands Fall Plant & Flower Festival Set for October 21-23
COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)–Get ready for fall flowers and plants at the South Carolina Farmers Market. Due to Hurricane Mathew the Midlands Plant & Flower Festival has been rescheduled.
The South Carolina Department of Agriculture has rescheduled the 7th annual Midlands Fall Plant & Flower Festival for October 21-23 at the State Farmers Market located at 3483 Charleston Highway, West Columbia.
Attendees can see garden décor, seasonal plants and flowers.
Clemson Extension’s Master Gardeners will also be present throughout the event to answer all of your home lawn and garden questions. While shopping the festival, be sure to look for theCertified South Carolina logo and support your local growers and producers, according to Agriculture officials.
Admission and parking for the event are free. Event hours are 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Sunday.
