Penny Tax Project: Bluff Rd. Widening

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– Get ready for some new improvements soon coming to Bluff Road as part of the Penny Tax program.

Officials say they will widen the road from Rosewood to George Rogers Blvd. Sidewalks are also set to be added near Franklin street.

The construction is part of the Richland County Penny tax project and is set to begin this Winter.
