Red Cross’s annual Battle of the Badges blood drive kicks off Friday

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Time to roll up your sleeves for a good cause.

The Battle of the Badges Blood Drive kicks off this Friday.

The Columbia Police Department, the Columbia-Richland Fire Department and the Richland County Sheriff’s Department are battling it out to see which agency donates the most blood.

Donors can give blood and vote for their favorite agency at the Decker Center on Decker Boulevard and the American Red Cross office on Bull Street.
