City of Columbia welcomes new business ‘Gadgetboy’
Columbia, SC (WOLO) — The City of Columbia is welcoming its newest capital city business. During ribbon cutting ceremony held Thursday Mayor Daniel Rickenmann along side various city leaders help the new tech savvy store officially open their doors to the public.
The company ‘Gadgetboy‘ is described as a one stop shop for all things electronic. The boutique electronic store says they will cater to a wide range of customers including tech enthusiasts to gadget lovers.
Operators for the new Devine street location will offer upscale fixes for you phones, laptops, and according to the on site manager, introduce you to an variety of tech products you may not have known existed.
“Not everybody is able to get into all of the gadgets including our iPhone, iPads and everything else we have, so it’s great to recommend Gadget Boy as a resource for everyone to learn about the wonderful technology and upgrades they can have,” Mayor Pro-Tem Brennan said. “We have a lot of great retailers and lots of great small business along on Devine Street & District 3, so this is a great community Gadget Boy is coming into.”
