R2 officials say bus driver recovering an incident

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Officials with Richland School District Two say a bus driver is recovering on Monday morning, Aug. 19, after an incident.

Officials say it happened around 7:30 a.m., Monday morning, near the intersection of Farrow Road and Killian Lakes Drive.

No students were on the bus at the time which was on its way to pick up kids heading to Killian Elementary.

ABC Columbia is told the driver was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
