COLUMBIA SC (WOLO) – for over three decades, the Universoul Circus has brought amazing acts to crowds across the world, and this weekend, the Big Top is coming to Columbia.  GMC’s Tyler Ryan caught up with Ring Master N.O. and was amazing by “Double Vision.”
