SCDOT to temporarily close I-20 Westbound ramp to I-26 Westbound in Richland County

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– SCDOT says there will be an overnight closure of the I-20 Westbound ramp to I-26 Westbound (Exit 64B) for construction.

Also, the South Carolina Department of Transportation says beginning Wednesday, May 21, the closure will take place from 11 p.m. on May 21 to 5 a.m. on Thursday, May 22.

The closure will be repeated the following night on Thursday, May 22.

Drivers traveling from I-20 westbound to I-26 westbound will be detoured through the clover leaf interchange by continuing along I-20 westbound and taking Exit 64A to I-26 eastbound, then taking Exit 107B to I-20 eastbound, and exiting at 64B to I-26 westbound.

SCDOT says message board signs will display detour directions.
