COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)— In today’s look at Local Living, the state museum will stay open late on select Fridays throughout the summer.
You can explore the exhibits and watch films featuring costumes from the Disney Heroes and Villains costume exhibit.
The museum also announced two upcoming shows, “Sea Lion 4D,” starting on Saturday, May 24, and the planetarium experience, “Into America’s Wild” debuting in June.
There’s still time to donate to Keep the Midlands Beautiful’s shoe drive fundraiser.
It’s going on now through May 31.
You can donate new or gently worn shoes at their office on Augusta Road in West Columbia.
It helps raise funds to support the non-profit’s litter prevention, recycling and beautification efforts.
