Motorcyclist Killed Identified

(WOLO) RICHLAND COUNTY,S.C., — Richland County Cornoor Gary Watts says 51 year old Robert Dale Soland, III of Chapin was killed around 8 Saturday night after authorities say he ran off the road. Officials say the accident happened along Broad River Road near Bickley Road. Authorities say Soland was thrown from his bike and struck by at least one oncoming car during the crash.
