Columbia man charged with two counts of indecent exposure, police asking victims to come forward

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) — Investigators with the Columbia Police Department have charged a man in connection with two indecent exposure incidents.

Chief  Skip Holbrook  says 38-year-old Desmond D. Metcalf is charged with Two Counts of Indecent Exposure and is currently housed at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention
Center.

On January 9, while at the 1600 block of Willowby Street, Metcalf is accused of exposing himself to two female victims — one, a juvenile. The CPD Special Victims Unit is investigating the incidents.
