Friday Headlines: 34 y/o Johnathan Felkel plead guilty yesterday after he intentionally shouted slurs and fired a gun in the direction of his neighbor because he was black & Sumter Deputies arrested and charged Shalaya Jackson and Gabriel Jacobs in connection with a fatal shooting Wednesday night.
