Columbia PD searching for vehicle of interest in shooting

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) — The Columbia Police Department is asking the public to help identify a vehicle of interest connected to an ongoing shooting investigation.

Investigators with the Violent Crimes Unit/Gun Crime Intelligence Unit are attempting to identify the pictured vehicle related to a shooting incident that occurred on May 8, 2026.

The vehicle is described as a silver four-door sedan.

Anyone who recognizes the vehicle or has information that may assist investigators is encouraged to contact the Columbia Police Department or submit tips anonymously through Crime Stoppers by calling 1-888-CRIME-SC.
