SC governor orders flags atop state capitol be lowered to half-staff in honor of Sen. Lindsey Graham

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– SC Governor Henry McMaster has ordered that flags atop the State Capitol be lowered to half-staff and to remain at half-staff until further order in honor of Lindsey Graham.

The governor requests that flags over state buildings and buildings of the political subdivisions of this State similarly be flown at half-staff for this purpose.

U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham died Saturday evening after a “brief and sudden illness,” according to a statement posted on social media by his office.
