LEXINGTON SC (WOLO) – Manmade Gourmet’s Love It or Chuck It: bacon wrapped chicken tenders and ranch pickles

Is every pizza just pizza? Maybe…but is it pizza without dough? Vaughan and The Manmade Gourmet decided to find out, Did they Love it or Chuck it?

Per usual, we tried to stick, as best we could, to the recipe that we found…

There are only a few things you need for this one:

1 cup shredded chicken, I used rotisserie chicken
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1 large egg
Italian seasonings

How to make it – and it is SIMPLE:

Finely chop your chicken and mix with the rest of your ingredients.
Bake @ 425F for 15 mins. Take it out, add your toppings & put it back in until the cheese is bubbly

Lessons learned / tips:

We didn’t use any sauce, trying to keep it as carb free as possible. Next time, we’ll use it to try it that way
You can use chicken you cook, or canned ground chicken
