Local Living: Jubilee Festival
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)— In today’s look at Local Living, you can learn about Black history at the 48th annual Jubilee Festival of Black History and Culture.
Historic Columbia is hosting the event at the Mann-Simons site from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, September 19.
The celebration features live music, food trucks, art demonstrations, and more.
Admission is free.
