RCSD searching for missing 75-year-old woman diagnosed with dementia

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland County deputies are searching for a missing 75-year-old woman, say deputies.

Brenda Tobin was last seen leaving her home on Kentucky Street in the Olympia area.

Tobin is a black female with black shoulder length hair, brown eyes, about 5’3” and around 170 lbs.

Deputies say Tobin’s family has expressed concern about her health as she was recently diagnosed with dementia.
