Corn maze on SC coast in shape of Boeing 787

MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (AP) — A corn maze on the South Carolina coast is paying salute to Boeing and its newest airliner.
Officials from Boeing and Boone Hall Plantation in Mount Pleasant will cut the ribbon Thursday on a maze which spells out the word Boeing and shows the outline of a 787.
Boeing is assembling the new aircraft at its $750 million plant in North Charleston that opened earlier this year.
The company is sponsoring the corn maze at Boone Hall. It will be open through Halloween.
