Irmo FD crews respond to fire at abandoned building Monday morning

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– Crews responded to a fire at an abandoned building early Monday morning. Officials say it happened around 5 a.m. on the 3,000 block of Fernandina Road. According to the Irmo Fire Department, the fire is now under control and there are no reports of injuries.

The cause is under investigation.
