Romney campaigns for second day on SC coast

CONWAY, S.C. (AP) — Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney is continuing his campaign tour of the South Carolina coast.

Romney, along with U.S. Sen. John McCain and Gov. Nikki Haley appear in Conway on Friday for a campaign rally. It’s the second day in a row the three have campaigned in South Carolina in advance of the Jan. 21 primary. The South Carolina primary is the first in the South.

Romney narrowly won the Iowa caucus earlier this week. He picked up McCain’s endorsement on Wednesday and was endorsed by Haley last month.
