Pollen levels across Southeast near record levels
CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) — The early spring means people will likely be sneezing more frequently and longer this year.
The Post and Courier of Charleston reports (http://bit.ly/GIN08n ) that pollen levels in some places have been unusually high in recent days.
John Ramey with an allergy center in North Charleston that does local counts says pollen in the Charleston area reached near record levels last week before some weekend rains eased the situation. But levels were climbing again this week.
