Officials say the soldier from California suffered a fatal injury yesterday while training at a rifle range. A base spokesperson says an investigation into the soldier’s death is underway. Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)–Friday afternoon DHEC announced 953 new confirmed cases of COVID 19. According to the agency, of the more than 7,000 test results reported Thursday 13.2% were positive.
