COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)–According to Electric Cooperative officials, nearly 100,000 electric cooperative consumers were without power on Monday. The Cooperatives do provide electricity in all 46 counties, but according to officials, the highest numbers of people in the dark were between the Savannah River and a line extending from Charleston to Columbia to Spartanburg.
