Coroner Identifies Victim In Orangeburg County House Fire

ORANGEBURG, S.C. (WOLO) — Orangeburg County Coroner Sean Fogle has identified the individual killed in a house fire on Jan. 4 in Elloree. 44-year-old James Rourk of Elloree died of carbon monoxide poisoning and thermal injuries due to the fire.
