COLUMBIA GREEN: City aims to cool off neighborhoods by planting trees

Able South Carolina celebrated its 30th anniversary Monday afternoon. Mayor Daniel Rickenmann presented the nonprofit organization with a key to the city.
The Courage Center helps people develop a recovery plan tailored to them alongside professionals and peer support coaches.
“Violent crime is still a big topic,” Rickenmann said. “Homelessness is the other big topic.”
