“We are actively working to get ready for this storm. We will work through the duration of this storm. And when it is over, we will continue to work until the roads are reopened and clear,” says Powell.
In total, 15 signs recognizing the program’s three championships will go up around the state.
“This road is the key to economic development in SC because it leads to the port, it’s key to jobs in SC it’s the key for education, it’s key for rural SC so it’s vitally important. The quicker we get it done the better it is,” says Setzler.
“What I will tell you is, for 29, David lived. He lived a beautiful life for a young man, and I try to bank on the way he lived his life and not the way he left,” Jodi says.
According to the organization, Powell’s term will begin immediately and he’ll be in charge of the oversight and execution of a number of strategic initiatives on behalf of the agency.
