Imagine being able to walk into a store, grab the items you want, and walk out — without ever interacting with a cashier. Well now doctors, nurses, and guests at Prisma Health’s Richland campus can do just that.
Michael Bundy, the CEO of the Prisma Health Midlands Market, says the new 134,000-square-foot facility will include four operating rooms, 110 examination rooms, an outpatient pharmacy for easier access to medication for patients, and more.
Fifteen volunteers at each of the two homes in West Columbia — including doctors, nurses, and management — helped paint, power-wash, caulk windows, and handle building construction and repairs as needed.
