Medical marijuana was once again center stage at the Statehouse Tuesday, as Republican Senator Tom Davis of Beaufort joined those with serious medical conditions to call on the Senate to pass the Compassionate Care Act. The pass of this bill would allow patients with debilitating medical conditions, and a doctor’s certification, to access medical cannabis from regulated facilities.
