Court hearing held for 20-year-old charged with attempted murder for shooting in Forest Acres
Forest Acres Police say 20-year-old Ty’Quan Kelly was in a domestic dispute around noon on Monday, firing into the victim’s car as she and three others left Ravenwood Apartments.
