Clemson Cruises At NC State, 68-57

Clemson put together a 25-2 run in the first half and led by 20 at halftime, and then held off an NC State push in the second to win 68-57 at PNC Arena. The Tigers moved to 12-8 overall and 4-4 in the ACC with the win. The Wolfpack fell to 13-9 overall, 4-5 in league play. It was Clemson’s fifth win at PNC Arena in 11 trips. Read more »

Maxwell Goes For 2nd Super Bowl Ring

Former Clemson defensive back Byron Maxwell has the opportunity to accomplish a feat no former Tiger has done at the professional level when his Seattle Seahawks meet the New England Patriots in the Super Bowl in Glendale, Arizona on Sunday. Maxwell is expected to start for the defending Super Bowl champion Seahawks in the ultimate game for the second straight year.
