Deadly Start to 2013 in Richland County
RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – It’s a deadly start to the new year as authorities try to piece together a shooting at a Richland County apartment that took the life of a man. It happened just before 4pm Tuesday in the 300 block of Powell Road. Deputies say the victim died at the hospital after receiving a gunshot wound to the chest.
