Updated: Weather forces events to be rescheduled
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Here is a list of upcoming events that have been rescheduled due pending weather conditions: -SAT testing that was scheduled for 10/3 at Eau Claire High School and A.C. Flora High School has been cancelled. -Lexington-Richland School District Five has cancelled 10/3 SAT testing at all of its high schools due to impending weather/ – Lexington One cancels SAT testing for 10/3 reschedules for 10/17 at Gilbert High and Lexington High. -Cayce Riverwalk, Historical Museum and city parks will be closed due to weather & potential flooding -Pelion vs. Eau Claire at Benedict College‘s Charlie W. Johnson Stadium – 6:30 p.m. – Mid-Carolina vs. Columbia at Memorial Stadium – 6:00 p.m. – Keenan vs. Newberry at Newberry – 6:30 p.m. – Former Secretary of Labor Alexis Herman’s trip to SC has been postponed. -The Rosewood arts Fest will be held Oct. 25. -The Orangeburg-Wilkinson game against R.B. Stall has been rescheduled for 6pm on Mon. Oct. 5 -Dreher High School vs Lower Richland has been moved moved to 6:30 tonight. -The Dutch Fork High School Irmo High School game has been changed to 6:30 – Friday’s game between Chapin and Richland Northeast has been moved up to begin at 6 pm -The Newberry Oktoberfest has been rescheduled for Saturday, October 24 from 10:00AM-5:00PM. -City of Cayce cancels this weekend‘s Congaree Bluegrass Festival – Gamecock softball team has cancelled this weekend‘s Fall Carolina Classic at Carolina Softball Stadium at Beckham Field. South Carolina will look to reschedule some fall games in the coming weeks to make up for this missed event. -Luke Bryan Farm Tour canceled Saturday – The Italian Festival and Bocce Tournament canceled Saturday -Sunday’s Jerry Fest has been rescheduled for Sun. Oct. 25 at the Five Points Fountain, The pre-party at The Attic, located at 638 Harden Street, will be held Fri. Oct. 23 at 9 p.m., the after-party will be held at Jake’s located at 2112 Devine Street, on Sun. Oct. 25 from 10 p.m. until midnight. Friday, October 2 Dreher vs. Lower Richland at Lower Richland Stadium Pelion vs. Eau Claire at Benedict College‘s Charlie W.
